A Very British Galmour, by Norman Parkinson.

I popped into another exhibiton whilst i was at summerset house, called, 'A Very British Galmour' which was a celebration of the work of the photographer Norman Parkinson.

The photographs, all in balck and white were beautiful, and captured the essece of the era, during the 60's! The Women were fabulously dressed and most certainly gave me a little bit of inspiration.

A wall full of protraits done but chidren who attend art classes as Sommerset House on saturdays! They were great!

POP Magazine Photo shoot, By Jason Evans.

What i didnt realise when i turned up to Show Studio, was that throughout the day there was a live photoshoot for the public to view, by photographer Jason Evans for the next issue of POP Magazine! I caught one of the looks in the story being shot!
It was rather strange as i was viewing the shoot from behind the models looking thorough blacked out galss, so no one working on the shoot could see us all watching, but we could see them.
There was also a man sitting on a plinth, playing the drums throughout the shoot...?

It was great to watch and a nice supprise to my day.
